Re: crossfit. Yes. I will be on their regional team. I telled them I couldnt prioritize it because I promised myself that I would jump into figure/bikini in April and I am keeping that promise to myself. They seemed fine with that and I feel like if I stick with bikini, I can give both endeavors hell. Might as well try, ya know? I have fun either way. There will come a day when I cant be this active, but it aint now…or soon, even.
As for cat…hims nice. Still no name. She showed up at my neighbors house, then starting hanging at mine. I took him back to our neighbor and she said he was a rando and she had been calling him Henry. What a lame ass name. HENRY!? I’m actually trying to hit a 6 min mile myself. Maybe by march? I’m currently at 8 mins and my best is about 7:15. I don’t really know how to improve it aside from, you know, running faster…probably need to fix my gait, lengthen my stride…any tips?
