^^^ that’s kind of my line of thinking. I know I’m sitting at about 17%-18% BF right now and functioning like a champ. I think for bikini, 12-15% BF is a good range and I imagine I could still be rocking and rolling at those numbers. Figure is typically 9%-12% tops and I’m sure I will be hella drained at that composition. Plus, I like bikini a little more. I like the sassiness of it.
As for competing, fook yeah. That’s how I stay focused, dahlin! Like I have said a million times, your hip to waist ratio would kill some bitches on stage. nudge nudge

Spook–hmm…tips tips tips…okay, its all in the wrist. Focus on speed from the forearms to the wrist. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TUCK JUMP. I cant tell you how often I see people doing crazy ass tuck jumps with their double unders and I understand why. Leave the motion in your wrist and look for rhythm with your feet. Timing is important. I try to make one revolution with the jumprope while im going up and the second while im coming down from my hop. Try to stay loose. Avoid letting your shoulders crowd your ears. Also, use a good rope. A good rope length can be tested by steping on the middle, holding a handle in each hand, and seeing where the hands hit. A good length has the handles at or slightly above your arm pits.

h’okay. Busy and distracted lately, but the workouts have been just fine. Work is nice lately (minus a little drama that didnt involve me, really) and my personal life is…well, those that know, know.
Sunday I did a super heavy squat workout. Worked up to 5x5 and his a nice 205 on my last set!!! weee!!! Amazing what a good spotter can do for your confidence in these things. Yesterday I was off
today looked like this:
warm up/mobility work for about 15 minutes
5 rounds for time
-10 back squatsx135(ouch…still sore from sunday)
-20 pullups
-30 box jumps (24" box)
-800m sprint
then I rowed 1500m at around 2:00 per 500m
then four rounds of…
25 4-count flutter kicks super set with
25 back extentions
