OKAY…I need to stop procrastinating. Im going to go do some deadlifts. Today is a classic case of “i dont waaaannnaaa.” I am now going to harden the fuck up and get some shit done in my garage. I will keep you guys posted.
Umm…I think its important to know I had a good hair day this weekend, thus I am attaching peeeecture
OK, fine. I guess this proves you are incapable of taking a bad picture. The kitty is safe.
Training insanity continues, I see. haha. x2 on the people saying your training reminds them of Alphas, which is saying something, because he’s a goddamn beast!
Good hair day photo= amazing-looking day photo. Hot.

Well let’s be serious: if I was in the running, Way, Greez, and Hairy wouldn’t stand a chance.
Go kill it chica.
If we are being serious, you would have to join Way and Co., as I would be the only one capable of relocating to make things work. Plus…I am awesomer than you all combined. True story! lol.
Speaking of Czech, I might end up going there for my bachelor party.
And for the peeeeeecture…everyday is a good day for you to take a photo, Dash. Now…post results of deadlift work.
Giter—oh thank gawd! I saved the kitten!
Blaze—YAY! Im glad you are back. Alpha Schmalpha. Dasher trains like a Dasher. Oh, and thank you! A good hair day cannot go undocumented.
PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: PBANDY HAS UNFAIR ADVANTAGE IN KNOWING MY WORKYOUTIES. But yes…you are correct, sir.
Cal–why thank you! I hope you got on that workout eventually? Maybe we can consult each other when we think about not working out.
Rod—lol you are awesome. Where will you go for your bachelor party? Prague has a bitchin night life.
OKAY: I tried to post this yesterday, but my post got lost in cyber space so I will keep my fingers crossed.
Deadlift workout was different. The guy I train with (sometimes) suggested I do a deadlift chipper with 65-70% my 1RM for a set of 50 in however many mini sets it took. Rest as little as possible. I loaded the bar up to 177 (60 kilos plus bar). Started out good with a set of 13…then it went downhill. a set of 9, two sets of 8, a set of 7, and a set of 5. It was puke tastic. It was touch and go. Not pretty, and thats fine by me
Then some accessory work. Goodmornings, high flexion step ups, pull ups, barbell rows, pistols…meh meh meh.

Nice. See my training log where I was hell bent on repping out between 100 to 300!
