Dani—its competition, baby. I am glad you are hitting that PL meet because after you get a taste of it, you just become more motivated in general. I always suggest people compete in SOMETHING: 5ks, lifting, bingo…just anything. Its character building

Mimzy—You know what I mean. In no way do I think im fat or throw myself a pity party. But the workouts I have been having have been more sport oriented as opposed to looking good nakey/on stage. I need to balance out these quadsies and hamsies.

Todaaaaaaaaay I ran a mile and then I ran hill sprints. There is a ridiculous hill next to the stadium here that I just booked it up 10x and took about a minute inbetween. Then I ran a mile back to where I parked my car and called it a day.

Dani—yeah. The pull ups KILL my time, but I stay away from kipping. Im not sure I can count those as pullups. I do a neutral grip and just take as many breaks as necessary.

Dash I think med balls suck balls, a couple of weeks ago finished workout with a shit tin of handstand push ups and 20kg overhead lunges to be told “grab a 9kg med ball run 800mtrs with it over your head, if it touches your head stop running. see you when you get back”. yeah thanks fucker was all that came into my head. (edit: this was in a light hearted manner)
I recon it would be cool if you posted a “Dasher weekly workout” for all to try and people could log times etc for the week.
