Boobies and benching, currently trying to figure this out. I’ve heard to bench to xiphoid process which for me is covered by boob. Laying down that shortens my range by about 2 inches depending on how much bra can smoosh. Inky on the other hand said to bench to crease in elbow, which moves it to smallest part of my waist and thus same rom as everyone. I haven’t benched since the idea was presented so I’m not sure which one to go with yet. Currently I do xiphoid so bottom of boob so then yeah boobs equal shorter rom.
