Lol. I’m using chalk but my hands can get so sweaty that it negates the chalk after the first few reps. My gym doesn’t allow chalk but I bring it anyways. I don’t make a mess. Thanks ![]()

Ahahahahaha! 2 board bench is cheater bench. Instead of the bar traveling all the way down to my chest, it actually stops shorter than that because I put 2 pieces of 2x6 boards on my chest. Essentially, I’m shortening the bench movement by 4". Make sense at all? If you google board bench press you’ll be able to find some youtube videos.
Here’s a really dumb question for you - is benching easier for women with larger chests? Kinda similar to board bench in that it shortens the bench movement. I think. Maybe.
