Got an XL yellow one. Not really different from the red one the gym had assistance wise, but a lot easier to put on and more comfortable.[/quote]

Hmmm, I see the original (red) and Reactive (Blue) on rogue. It sound like it’s the reactive (easier to put on).

Thanks man!

It’s the Full Boar named after his brother Chris’s nickname. It has more spring than a reactive. Pretty much the same amount as the original.

Nice, I hadn’t seen that one yet. Thanks.

Outline of abs, your turning into a BBer on us, atleast guys on your log, guys have enough respect to not start throwing out BF %, that shit drives me nuts. Big, Ripped, and Tan is the goal, just need a little sun  Latter

You look great, dawg !

Looking good csulli! I think I prefer the photo in the creepy-guy’s thread though haha.

Bench:
45 1000000000x
135 10x
185 5x
225 5x
275 4x
305 4x not a true rep max, but I don’t know that I’ve ever purposely done 4 reps before on anything, so I just did this lol

Spoto Bench:
255 5x
255 5x
255 5x
255 5x
255 5x waaaaay too easy. I’m trying to establish a base line for this exercise, since I haven’t really done them much before. So far though I am overestimating their difficulty quite a bit.

Press:
45 5x
95 5x
135 5x
155 5x
155 5x
155 5x
155 5x
155 5x

DB Bench:
90’s 15x
90’s 15x
90’s 15x

Weighted Dips:
115lbs 10x PR
115lbs 5x
115lbs 5x gonna do this weight for 3 sets of 8 starting next time and work from there

Cable Flies:
4 sets of 15

Rope Pushdowns:
4 sets of 15

4 is a good number.

How the fuck do you dip so much?

Hue indeed, hue indeed.

Dips is just a mechanically advantageous movement for me. As bad as I am at overhead movements I feel really good at things like dips and decline bench. Dips is just one of those things I have always, always done after any bench workout since I started lifting. I wish dips were one of the powerlifts instead of bench lol.

I’ll say this though, if you weight them a lot, be careful on the dismount. I just sort of plopped down after that set of 10 and I got that tingly pins and needles sensation in my foot like I got a stinger or something lol.

Once you start using 4 45s, it’s so damn awkward. I remember having to use two chains (2CHAINZZZ!!!) with the older belts (one of which I broke). I don’t look forward handling 5 or more. I remember one time my hands were sweating and my right hand just slipped mid-dip lol. Never had a problem with feets though.

I worry about this. The bars we have at the gym are very, very slick and like too thick. It’s one of the few things I dislike about the place. I wish we had better dip bars. If my hand slips I will break my face lol.

The perils of strength haha. You two will be outgrowing Earth’s gravitational pull soon enough, you’ll have to do your dips on Jupiter.

The first time I ever considered chalking up for dips lol.

I too am a gifted dipper, at least compared to my other lifts.

Race to bodyweight + 200 lbs?

I kind of wanna do a bench press challenge, Chris.

Let’s do it! I’m excited all the sudden to add a bunch of weight on dips. Might go ahead and see how many reps I can do with 135 next time.
