your thoughts?

Here’s another idea that has worked for me in the past… The amounts are improvised but you’ll get the idea. This recipe ends up being high in protein, moderate fat, and low carb. If you want a high-carb version, nix any fat (don’t use any oil or eggs, use eggbeaters) and add raw oatmeal until its a nice consistency.

Ground Turkey Breast
Eggbeaters (or eggs)
Chopped onion
Chopped bell pepper
Chopped celery.
Chopped mushroom.
I generally add some salt and pepper along with some hotsauce or cajun seasoning.
Parmesan Cheese (this adds a nice savory flavor).
Drizzle of olive oil.

The olive oil and hotsauce (or perhaps a tiny bit of ketsup) will help it stay somewhat moist. The egg will hold it all together so it can be sliced. This is an approximation who’s basic mixture can be seasoned the way you like and it always comes out good. After the mixture is together (holding together but not dripping wet from the eggs) you just pack it into some greased loaf pans and bake it until its cooked through (probably about 30-45 mins at 350 degrees but you should check on it).

This doesn’t taste like “normal” meat loaf but its good and you can make enough for a couple of days if you don’t like to cook all the time.

Lucid, sounds good good, but I say screw the turkey, and make it 93-96%lean ground beef, and add some green olives YUM!!

is it ok for what?

Looks like a perfect P+F meal.

Depends on the carbs though!!
