everykind of meat steaks chickens porks.
i got even some lamm chops in my fridge from works but im not a fan of it i prefer more chicken xD

How many protein meals per day? This is the key.

I made the assumption that I could digest no more than 40 grams of protein at any one sitting. So the number of meals per day times 40 grams of protein per meal equals the total amount of protein per day.

I call it “Gram Life.”

Do they have cheese cake in your country? Maybe eat some of that every night.

I would go to at least 5 meals. 6 would prob be even better for digestion.
I just dropped down from 6 meals at 2600cals to 5 meals at 2300cals.

So ill need to eat every 2 hours thats insane xd

Much more like every 3 hours. Just know I was trying to add muscle. Maintaining did not interest me.

Fats .35xBW in lbs 56g 504cals
Fill in the rest with carbs. 634g 2536cals

Try this for a month at your current 4000cals
If you can tolerate more fat without getting fat go for it and back the carbs down a bit.
How much cardio are you doing?

0 cardio i do like 25000 steps a day and i driving a bike to work 20m a day no more extra cardio
