Ok i would like some advice on that, is that a chat group or something?
Suicide is not on option if thats what you mean i love my life i just need to improve on this one area if my life
I in no way meant suicide. That would be an awful suggestion
On what the training log?
That would be a section of the forum labeled training logs where you would detail your daily training and eating and then people con comment/help you and encourage you.
It keeps you on track and accountable.
This is my log. Feel free to use it as a template. @T3hPwnisher also logs on here if you want to follow. He is a great resource.
Let me be just plain brutal:
Do you have any idea how ridiculous this sounds, and you at 130lbs? You havenāt optimized your training and very likely your diet. At 130lbs you should easily be able to do 20 pullups. How many can you do? What exercises are you strong at lifting weights? Give us a few examples.
Why would you put your health at risk when you are nowhere close to being able the leverage the benefit of AAS?
You need to put at least three years of true effort of training and feeding to be in a position that you can access a good benefit of AAS. I believe that AAS are a huge benefit to putting on muscle, but only once you have tapped into your natural gains.
Always know that taking AAS requires you, if you have half a brain, to weigh the benefits against the risks.
