I’ve tried glocosamine and mega-doses of fish oil for my joints and it helps a lot, but I’ve never gotten anything out of msm. Do you have to take a lot more than what’s recommended or take another supp/vitamin/mineral along side it to make it function best? It’s just that typically, the one thing that holds me back from making progress and working hard on supplementary and accessory work are my joints. I’m already doing my best to learn about mobility, flexibility, and the like for my joints, I just wanna add more to my supplement arsenal for my joints.
