And that’s just it, HIT if done properly can add greatly to ones cardiovascular condition but HIT isn’t the end all to building muscle and conditioning. Doing HIT and other forms of conditioning work as well if not better. It all depends on what you want in the end and for me right now it would be dropping this never ending HIT vrs Cardio argument. We’ve done this too many times already. It’s a no win argument!

If it doesn’t peak your VO2-max, proven by selected authorities in a certain field - it simply doesn’t count. In short: Your personal experience has never happened. ![]()

Wait until after 60! Oh boy, it won’t be long until I’ll be saying after 70, ha ha ! That’s when I’ll find that compound bicep for $100 and my nurse maid will have to help me curl up one plate at a time with several breaks spaced in there, Ha ha !
