Is She Overtraining?

My girlfriend is a swimmer.
She does athletic training in school, trains with me, and to top it all off: I can’t get her to eat right. We’ll have a great workout at the gym, I’ll down my Surge and she’ll go eat an enchilada X_x.

Would you guys say she’s doing more harm than good?

Is she progressing, is she good at what she does is she showing signsd of over training?? Many elite atheletes eat like utter shit. and excell not saying if they had a better diet they might not be even more friggin amazing

but hell shes eatinmg and not stressing over it unlike Many no a days and may just be genetically superior to you.

In short a solid diet may help, but if she truely enjoys how shes eating and is making progress and doesnt wnat to change it so be it her choice you gop girl swim and hit up th taco bell Ill hit the gym and suck down a protien shake followed by salmon and veggies.
