Is Post-Workout Meal Bad for Naturals?

Considering that:

  • Exercise only increases testosterone for a maximum of 1 hour.
  • Eating decreases testosterone temporarily.

So, will the classic post-workout meal decrease testosterone gains and consequently muscle gains?

You’re not going to get “testosterone gains” as a natural as the effects on testosterone from food and exercise are negligible.

These acute changes don’t have much of an effect either way.

IMO the right food pre and post-workout will provide the most gains.
As a naddy trying to mess with your T level will do nothing.
Eat right, exercise right, and get to your genetic potential.
Find an athletic nutritionist, not a TRT doc. Good luck

I have consumed a post workout meal after nearly every workout since 2004.

I am a lifetime natural.

It has not been bad for me.

Food is anabolic. Eating lots of it is great for muscle growth. Don’t overthink this.

Even I have not faced any issues after consuming a post workout meal.

Obviously post workout meal is not bad, but could be better without it.

You can counter these effects and keep your test level consistently high with steroids.
