Inspired me to pursue Tae Kwon Doā¦which was ok.
Itās common for guys who played sports to have these imbalances. Especially if the sport has you in a staggered stance, or leaning over a lot.
One or two guys posted on here who were surfers, andhad squats that moved side to side in a Serpentine motion.
Do you lean or twist when you come āupā on squats? Does squatting hurt your back? Does it feel unsafe to squat?
Or do you only notice on 1 legged stuff?
you did see this guy has like 100 lbs squat, right? Heās not strong enough to actually know if thereās a real imbalance. The whole premise of the thread is nonsense.
