Hey Richie:
Ummmm your avatar…were those taken with x-ray glasses? Is this proof of a childhood (and adulthood for that matter) dream come true?

No, James Garfield is the more potent choice. Apparently they just couldn’t fit his massive beard into the oval frame.
Move really heavy weight on your back or in your hands regularly
eat fats, a decent amount of saturated fats
take magnesium and zinc every day. max it out
try tribulus or some other stuff like that
eat whole eggs and red meat
listen to death metal
I’m thinking of using this stack of natural test. boosting supplements. I don’t think there’s any harm in doing this but tell me if its a good idea anyways:
I’m planning on taking one tablet from one supplement for one day of the week then cycle off of it for the remaining 6 days while repeating with the other 6 supplements for the other 6 days.
and just to fill u guys in I’m doing starrs 5x5 so i already got the heavy training covered. My fats come from 3 whole eggs, 3-4 tbsp of flax, olive and omega oils, and the rest from almonds/walnuts. I also eat salmon and extra lean beef (cuz i gain weight easily).
also i should tell u guys i feel great when im in the gym and lifting, my mood just feels awesome but when in my day to day life i just feel tired and moody. Hope this helps.

That doesnt make any sense
All of those things take time to work. Taking each one of them once a week is a nice way to waste money.
Read the supp info from the Biotest test boosters.

No one likes you cuz you have a WWEAttitude … just sayin
Oh, I actually have a question…how aggressive do you think you should feel? What exactly does that mean? How aggressive are you now? On a scale of being afraid of your own shadwo to punching babies for shits and giggles, where do you think you fall?
Also, how long have you been training? What are you eating, How are you training? Do you secretly spy on your younger brother when he’s alone in his room masterbating? How does this make you feel?
Exactly how much math have you studied? Were you good at math? Have you ever successfully divided anything by .0347 before? What did you divide .0347? Why? What was the outcome?
There are just too many unknowns to properly make an assessment. Do you touch yourself when you think about me?[/quote]
All valid questions my local priest used to ask me. My answers never satisfied him.
To the OP, I found adopting a WWFAttitude helped. Thinking of animals ftw.
IIRC, 300 is the bottom of the normal range. If you are below that, especially at 21, then go to your doctor and ask for TRT, preferably injectable. If he won’t give it to you, find another doctor who is interested in treating your condition and actually helping you who will.
Yes it may just be that you need TRT and I second the metal… it increases my aggression. American Head Charge’s song “Loyalty” def gets me pumped up and anything from “Far Beyond Driven” Pantera. Guess I’m old school, but todays metal just isnt doing it for me. Also, ZMA is mandatory Eat, Sleep, Train. You said you are training, ZMA helps you sleep better, and eating well… post your diet.
It’s not rocket science…
Eat more, train more, sleep more = more results no shit! really not kidding here.

that’s funny, my girlfriend has the exact same symptoms a week before she gets her monthly visitor … huh. Weird.
