Is it Possible to get Testosterone Level into Mid-Upper Ranges?

Hey I had my tests done a while back and my bioavailable test. came out to 293.94 ng/dl while my other testosterone level came out to 423.6 ng/dl. I’m guessing these are low levels considering normal levels are 300-1000 ng/dl I’m going to see my urologist soon so what kind of medication would you recommend that I ask for him to prescribe that will boost it up into the mid-upper ranges. I really want to get my levels higher cuz i dont feel as aggressive as I should be and my bodys not as lean as it should be after training for so long, and my eating and sleeping is good. My younger brother hardly trains and his body is much leaner then mine and strong relatively and he’s more aggressive then me.

Also I converted this from nmol/l by dividing by .0347. The actual results were 10.2 nmol/l and 14.7 nmol/l.

Also, how long have you been training? What are you eating, How are you training? Do you secretly spy on your younger brother when he’s alone in his room masterbating? How does this make you feel?

Exactly how much math have you studied? Were you good at math? Have you ever successfully divided anything by .0347 before? What did you divide .0347? Why? What was the outcome?

There are just too many unknowns to properly make an assessment. Do you touch yourself when you think about me?

Im curious about the aggression comment. What do you mean you dont feel as agressive as you should? Actually I have repeatedly read and heard from medical professionals that lack of testosterone caused increased aggression.

What your looking for is maybe some test injections or gel you put on your body.

You might want to ask about that. Or search google about Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) for men.

There is no “medication” per se for low T. You either go on TRT for life or you dont. There are other factors involved like drug use, Rx and otherwise. “Diet and sleep are good” hardly says anything about whats really going on.

I was going to make a stupid comment, but I actually think it’s a pretty good question, just requires some more info from you.

If you had your test done like me, it was on an empty stomach at like 9am, right? What had you eaten the night before? Drank? How long had you slept? When I went in, I had eaten like shit and drank beer up until midnight, which was stupid.

If you can get your diet in line (you never posted it), make sure it includes lots of healthy fats. Following a good diet, getting proper sleep, etc will lead to higher T. But in order to notice a real increase, you already know the available options…

less soy in your diet,
eat clean regularly,
train with intensity,
take ZMA before bed,
consume 3 litres of h2o a day,
try Alpha Male,
try the anabolic diet (for at least 5-6 weeks)
& don’t let insignificant shit stress you out…

maybe some of those can at least help you make the most of what you’ve been given (genitically that is)

I have never had blood work or anything like that done, I too could be on the low side but why not always make the effort to maximise your test production no matter what your tests show? If you got an out-ey and not an in-ey then I wouldn’t worry too much for now
