Is It a Waste to Use Mag-10 Near a Meal?

Per my understanding, the primary benefit of Mag-10 is the ‘pulse’ of blood amino acid levels that peaks high and quickly.

So, does taking it before or after a meal render it less effective? I’m thinking that before a meal might still be useful because you get the peak blood amino acid levels, but I imagine that a bolus of food would blunt the effect.

My rule of thumb is that an empty stomach is 30 minutes before a meal, and two hours afterwards. But that’s just my internal bro-science.

I’m sure someone more educated can give a better answer.
