Im 17 yrs old 5’8" 130 lbs. i used to aggressive skate so thats why im soo skinny, but im just looking to bulk up some more and get thick all around and then cut down from there so i dont look like a skiiny kid that is cut just because he has low BF. I have been eating:
Breakfast:
-cook oatmeal and blended in milk with two scoops of whey
-4 whole eggs(going to up that soon) with roasted turkey cut up in there
-too long slices of that mountain bread(i think its called that has that white flour on the loaf) with cream cheese
-green tea
water
Snack:
-Handful of walnuts
sllices of ham or turkey
Lunch:
Chicken or Fish or Meat
-rice
-Glass of milk
Snack:
-Cottage cheese
-Glass of milk
-turkey
Dinner:
-Salad bowl with chopped walnuts feta cheese ham Serrano(i dont know if thats how you say it in english) and oil and vinegar
-Chicken or meat
Snack:
-Apple
-Nuts
-Turkey
I have just ordered some suppss from T-Nation: Spike Shooter, Flameout, BCAA, micronized creatine, Surge Recovery, Grow! Whey( i have ON whey but they say its not that good), Metabolic Drive Complete.
This is just to see how good of gains i can get with this stuff… Even though pppl are going to say that i should just eat and lift and thats enough, i still want to try this out. f you can help me out on how to stack these supps or when i should use them i.e. On and Off days, Pre or Post workouts. Thanks i really appreciate if you guys help. And thanks to everyone in T-Nation that without them i would have been ignorant to everything about lifting and eating

Food looks good to answer your question on it are you giaining weight?? if so then good If no eat more.

Spike Shooter pre w/o or when you need a kick in the ass.
Flameout daily.
BCAA’s HMM various ways peri w/o prob be your best bet. as in priot to, during and after.
Surge same peri w/o traditional way is right after your w/o though I prefer it pre and during now.
Metabolic Drive Complete any time you need a protein source treat it like food bro.
Nice eating plan…tho isnt 2 scoops of whey + all the other protein in the breakfest is 2 much?
I mean isnt there a maximun capacity of protein the body can take in each meal?

If you can find information to back this idea up I’d be interested.
I’d assume that if there’s more protein than he can use for muscle synthesis then it’d be used for energy.

Did you forget to post your workout program or…? You obviously don’t need all those supps, but if you have that much extra money then go ahead. Good luck.

Exactly thats a old wives tail IMO. Sure thats a nice whack of protein but no more than say sitting down to a nice big steak etc. and we digest those.

yea… it doesnt automagically turn to energy. (if you disagree, argue with your physician!) it does, however, automatically turn to excrements. hopefully more in the poo than the pee, as thats a good indicator you’re roasting your kidneys.

Im doing ABBH 2 right now… but with work i barely have time to follor it up really good, i always do like day 1 and then do day 3 like 4 days later… so i just start from the beginning all the time… but i have some money saved up, and i just want to see how good of a gains i can get with some supps, to see if food alone is all i need…

Yeah you can get bigger with food alone…but you’re just going to increase your BF% and probably decrease your LBM and metabolism.

It has been suggested that 1.5 to 2.0g protein per lean Body Mass is optimal.
