Is Iran The Enemy?

No.
What the hell do you think Cuba is genius? And you dare attack the US for trying to overthrow their govt, while standing up for Iran’s proxy pussies to attack our troops in Iraq?

Nice double standard.
I have one question for you, instead of throwing facts like flames.

Can we see it from a view point. Maybe I’ve gotten a little too cozy with Iran but…

Think about this.

It is in Iran’s vested interest not to see Iraq form a strong or stable nation state.

This is because the war saddamn raged on Iran.

How do you not see their point of view, considering this issue and our support of Iraq in the Iran Iraq War.

Which was unilateral aggression from Iraq w/ not only American permission, but chemical weaponry and monetary support.

I don’t get how you can sit here, and talk shit on Iran.

What is your stance on this?

My stance is: Iran was sorounded by 2 enemies. The Taliban in Afghanistan and Saddam in Iraq. When 9-11 happened, these peaceful, loving Iranians held a candlelight vigil on their streets. This is seen as a sign that they cared about us.

We took out both the Iraq and Afghanistan powerstructures. The Iranian enemies are gone. So, what does this peaceful loving nation of Iran do? They arm their former foes the Taliban and support an insurrection in their former enemy state of Iraq.

No one made the Iranians do this. They acted of their own accord. If they were so peaceful and actually wanted to be our ally like you speak, maybe they would have seen the attacks on their border as an opportunity for dialogue, sent aid instead of weapons, made sure that the governments of Iraq and Afghanistan could never, ever be enemies of Iran again.

Like the true anti-Western power they are, they remained true to form, and remained an enemy to the US, tried and true.

Yeah, like all the other nations sat on the sidelines and did nothing. The other countries of the world, USSR included armed Saddam to the teeth.

its rare for someone to go to jail i no people who have had bags and got away with it and heard of others who went to jail for 15 years for having two many baggies with the same amount of weed but thats life.

Im going to go off on a rant that will make me look like a evil tyrant of the usa but i dont care.
Rome was consdired a great empire and brought peace to most of the world. im sure to the people at the time they were evil people who wanted nothing but power but hine sight is 20 20 let history decide what is right and wrongg. usa is one of the most powerfull countries to ever exist and there has to be a reason for that bc the things weve done in the past have made us great and bowing down or showing fear to a much weaker or hell even a stronger country didnt happen and shouldnt start now. Iran is trying to push are buttons openly and we shouldnt tolerate that being war or just no longer trading or hell make them are allies if so be. but we have to be strong in any dicison we choose and show no fear.

sorry for the spelling and the rant just have so much pride for my country

iran is an enemy of the United States.

They have trained, funded, and participated in killing of American Soldiers in Iraq.

Further, iran is lying about their nuclear weapons aims.

“But, they stopped it in 2003…!!!”

Wrong.

They kill our soldiers, train and support terrorists, and threaten to destroy our allies.

Pray tell, what would YOU call them?

No need to apologize. The thread was doing fine without you.

What irony. A neo-Con, zealot hypocrite that prays to God, yet cheers when bombs are dropped on innocent civilians, has the nerve to attack another’s integrity.

Of course they are. We invaded Iran’s neighbor, which was a blatant violation of international law. We have our Navy in the Persian Gulf, yet claim it’s “international waters”. We threaten others with force if they don’t bow down to us. Our President refuses to engage Iran’s President diplomatically. At the same time, our President claims he’s a Christian that just wants to live peacefully and spread democracy throughout the world.

Who’s crazy and belligerent?

This all comes from the same media and government that claimed Iraq was a player in 9-11. This from the same media and government that claimed WMD’s were in Iraq. This all from the same media and government that claims we’re in Iraq to spread freedom and democracy.

The bottom line is, once again, we invaded Iran’s neighbors. They have no right to defend themselves? What backwards world do live in? Oh yeah, it’s the reality that states the U.S. owns the world, so they can therefore do what ever the hell they want, when they want, and how the want, all others be damned.

Yep, all propaganda too.

The IAEA says they’ve been the most cooperative of all. The IAEA says they are no where near capable of a bomb.

How do know they’re telling lies? You support a President that blows smoke up American’s behinds daily.

I call them a state structure, comprised of idiots, that is defending themselves against another belligerent and hostile state structure, composed of more idiots, that believes they can, and are justified, to shit on the rest of world.

You need to read more. At least read your current events. It is sad when you act like such a smart child, but make yourself irrelevant because you have your head up your ass when it comes to what is actually going on in this world.

Have you killed any Jews lately? I know that is a favorite pastime of yours.

Exactly correct. We overthrew their real enemies but their hatred for the infidel overrides any rational thought.

Are you one of those people that just like to hear yourself talk? You talk loud and use profanity so people will think that what you have to say is important? I ask because your post contributed nothing and made no sense really. Not sure what Jews have to do with anything. I didn’t even mentioned Jews.

Do you even know what IAEA is? I know the U.S. ignores them most of time, which is why you probably dismiss them.

I do read current events. As far as I can tell you don’t. You fall in the ranks just like everyone else, goose-stepping along. Your not much different than Jeffr. What ever your TV says, that’s what you believe. So, just like I said previously, you and Jeff think the U.S. owns the world. So we are justified in whatever we do. I don’t think we do, so I’m the weirdo.

I don’t act like I’m anything. I just have enough sense to question a government that has a history of deceiving American’s through the media and the market.

You staying consistent, I’ll give you that at least, jump off topic to take personal shots at me that have no relevance to the topic. What the fuck did I say that has anything to do with Jews?

How you can claim I’m talking out of my ass when you constantly make belligerent, incoherent posts is amusing.

Are posting drunk again? Nah, I know the answer to that, you’re just being yourself.

Dustin
Dustin wrote:

The IAEA has not absolved Iran of anything. They continue to have serious concerns about Iran’s activities.

I don’t think I used any profanity in my post to you. But - I didn’t know your ears were so sensitive. I will try to keep my cursing under control, if it will make you happy.

Last I checked this was an internet forum, and I don’t really hear anyone talk. It’s called reading. You might try it some time.

Iran hates the Jew. You hate the Jew. I think Jews have been mentioned through out this thread, as well as many others regarding Iran. Like I said - you might want to try reading. It is the only cure for your lazy ignorance.

If you actually read current events - you would know that the US presented a bunch of evidence to the IAEA, and the IAEA has yet to give a definitive answer on whether your fellow jew haters are going for nukes, or not.

You are indeed a weirdo, but it has nothing to do with your false sense of superiority.

Like I have said two or three times previous - try reading. It is a wonderful tool for fighting off the stupid.

But I will say it is a bit ironic that a person of your ilk would suggest that anyone else is goose stepping. Would you be the pot, or the kettle?

dustin,

Thanks for the illuminating response. That post sums you up to a tee. If it doesn’t conform to your rigid, narrow world-view, you call it “propaganda.”

If anyone doubts you are a dink of the first order, I’m going to bump this response.

My sources speak for themselves.

You constantly attack people who disagree with you. How can anyone discuss issues with you when this is your standard behavior?

Do not worry about my ears. I’m in Army, I hear profanity all the time.

Yes, but I think the words you type are in the same manner that you speak in real life.

You want to talk about reading, why don’t you try reading previous responses where board members accurately pointed out that Jews live in Iran and hold citizenship. They don’t live under any Nuremberg style laws.

You’re the whacko accusing people of hating this or that. Get a grip.

More manure coming out of your mouth. The U.S had a bunch of evidence against Saddam that was BS. Hard to believe them. The U.S. wants an excuse to slaughter Persians. That’s pretty much the bottom line. You would love nothing more, wouldn’t you?

Where did I mention Jews? I haven’t anywhere. What the fuck are reading? Iran has Jewish citizens. Do you comprehend this? They are not persecuted there.

Keep pounding your war drum. Listen to the propaganda that you call “news” coming out of your TV. Don’t question anything. The Bush administration has mislead you numerous times, but just continue to tow the party line. It’s easier that way, no one will call you a “jew hater”.

You don’t understand you’re role, so you’re frustrated.

Your role is not JUST to protect and defend the Constitution but to spread this noble standard over the entire world. We cannot rest until every country on earth is a liberal democracy, as we are.

This duty was given to all judeo-christians at Mt. Sinai long ago.
