I respect your argument, but I must disagree. It is true that anyone can get it. The can isnt the question, its the will thats the question. Women may get it thru hetero sex, but most men get it thru homo sex. And homosexuality does exist in Africa, and even there, its mostly women and children who have it.

My mother has a friend who does HIV activist work. Well, in 1987, her friend contracted HIV (miracoulosly today, in 2009, she is still healthy).She caught HIV from her now deceased ex husband, who died in 1994 I was told. She said how she thought she found her dream man, with one exception, he liked to sleep with other men. That was his secret life.
One day, she started feeling sick and went to the doctor, and found out she had HIV. Now at the time, she was only sleeping with her husband, so upon confronting him about it, thats when he admitted to having a male lover and that he wanted to divorce her to go be with another man and a bitter divorce followed.
The point is, is that this scene is repeated thousands of times across the nation and the women who this tragedy happens to, arent skanky women who sleep with anyone in their site, its women who are in relationships and are only sleeping with one man. This wouldnt be happening if men werent sleeping with men, point blank.

You’re asking the wrong question. The story of your mom’s friend is tragic, as is the story of any spouse that is cheated on and contracts an STD as a result.
The answer is for people to stay true to their marriage commitments. If you don’t want gay men to marry women, remove the religious and social pressures for them to do so. If it weren’t for those pressures, they wouldn’t have been married in the first place.
