All of Jim’s programmes will work for the stated goal and for the type of trainee they were written for. So the questions should be:
Is this program appropriate for me?
Is it designed to move me towards my goal?
It should go without saying that if you want us to answer any of those questions, you’ll need to give us more background info. Or just read the ebook. I only have original and beyond but they’re both pretty specific on who the program is for and when you might wish to use it.
