You’re going to have to be in some serious deficit for a good length of time for that to be the difference between getting COVID or not. Especially if you’re social distancing, washing hands, etc

No clue if it’s real. I’d assume losing some weight would be fine. You’re not obese, it’s not like it’d be a drastic change to your body.

Makes sense, hopefully I won’t have to go hard to be lean
I went into a deficit, not a huge one, but a deficit nonetheless. Lost some weight. Reason being is I cannot work out as hard (no home gym) and I didn’t want to develop a habit of go to work, come home, sit/eat, go to bed. I feel like if I’m in a deficit now, when the gym reopens, my body is primed for gains. Who knows. Purely experimental.
Yeah I’m feeling the same. I think the key takeaway from all this will be a new habit of tracking calories more closely than I ever have.
