Is Anyone Worried That Coronavirus Is Going To Kill Their Gains?

You’re going to have to be in some serious deficit for a good length of time for that to be the difference between getting COVID or not. Especially if you’re social distancing, washing hands, etc

Disclaimer: I’m not a doctor.

No clue if it’s real. I’d assume losing some weight would be fine. You’re not obese, it’s not like it’d be a drastic change to your body.

Yeah basically

Hmm doesn’t seem to unreasonable

Makes sense, hopefully I won’t have to go hard to be lean

I went into a deficit, not a huge one, but a deficit nonetheless. Lost some weight. Reason being is I cannot work out as hard (no home gym) and I didn’t want to develop a habit of go to work, come home, sit/eat, go to bed. I feel like if I’m in a deficit now, when the gym reopens, my body is primed for gains. Who knows. Purely experimental.

Yeah I’m feeling the same. I think the key takeaway from all this will be a new habit of tracking calories more closely than I ever have.
