Hi folks. Is a one-arm pull up achievable with average genetics? This is assuming you do things right in and out of the gym. And what’s the upper limit in bodyweight for this to be doable? Much appreciated.

Of course not, but what’s wrong with analyzing how achievable something is? lol Weight training is one of the most measurable activities there is, and it’s fun to do predictions like these.
