Exactly. The whole point is supposed to be to help rebuild the country and help them get rid of ISIS and other loons, and this was a situation that resulted after overthrowing the previous “evil tyrant” who ran the place. But what Trump is doing is complete nonsense and is guaranteed to make the situation worse, it’s turning into a military occupation against the will of their own puppet Iraqi government and adding sanctions will just cripple the country even more.

There are a lot of questions about what really happened there, and the Saudis a just a convenient scapegoat. Oddly though, I see no reason why they alone would be motivated to attack the US. At the same time, it’s probably the one Arab country that really does deserve to be wiped off the map, at least the leadership.

Fair enough but I don’t possess the hubris to think I actually know the massive amount of intelligence, details, thought, input of top aides etc… That went into this strike.
Yeah, I realize there are Muslim fanatics. But to blame “The Saudis” doesn’t make sense, Saudi Arabia is a US ally. If the official facts are true, then the SA government is not responsible, rather certain fanatics of which some are based in SA. So saying that the country should be wiped off the map makes little sense, rather the fanatics and terrorist should be rooted out and dealt with. But instead them and their ideology end up creating ISIS and it looks like Netanyahu, Obama, and Trump have less of an issue with them than the democratically elected governments in certain countries in the area. Was the Syrian government launching terrorist attacks on foreign soil? And the so-called opposition over there is mostly made up of foreign jihadis.
Not saying you are wrong, but everything is some sort of propaganda these days, and despite the disreputable sources it is sometimes true. CNN is unquestionably propaganda as well, but they tell the truth sometimes as well. Who can you really tust for news and information?
As for conspiracy lunatics, interestingly enough the first I heard of Jeffrey Epstein and Trump’s rape allegations was from some conspiracy lunatics leading up to the previous US election. I wasn’t sure what to think because it was coming from a questionable source, but a few years later Epstein became front page news and if you look around you can find articles from regular news sites about Trump’s rape allegations (of a teenage girl). Just to show you that as much bullshit that they put out (and I’m sure some of it is Russian disinfo, maybe other countries as well) they do sometimes tell the truth which the mainstream media doesn’t report. This is why there are people who read that kind of stuff and just blindly believe everything they see (lizard people for example), because they read something else there which isn’t a lie. I just take things into consideration but believe nothing until I know it is true.
But this also raises another question: with all this impeachment business and people freaking out over Trump’s foolish but not-illegal sexual behaviour, why don’t the media and democrats ever mention the rape charges and ties to Jeffrey Epstein? Maybe they want Trump to get re-elected, the whole thing looks like a puppet show, but also it would bring down Bill Clinton who already had a few sex assault allegations and was friends with Epstein. Politics is a very fucked up business, and when everyone has plenty of skeletons in their closet it’s not hard for outside forces (and I’m not just talking about Israel) to manipulate them.
