In the ideal world I’m sure any IPF lifters would make the trip. But strong or not, most IPF affiliated countries require that you win your weight class as Nationals or receive an exemption from your countries president. The trip itself would also cost in the thousands of dollars when you take flights, hotel and food, not to mention missed work into the equation.

My goal for Nationals in a week is 600-325-615 @90kg Jr.
