i was wonder what size inzer hard core squat suit to buy it says 35 but i tried on a used man dl 36 suit it was to tight,i think inzer goes by the average person that has never lifted in their life,im about 215 and it aint no way in hell i can squeeze in a 34 or 35…anyone know the deal with their sizes?
I’ve always thought their sizes were pretty accurate. Just depends on how tight you like your gear.
I wear an Inzer Hardcore (double ply), and my size is a 37. I am 6’0 240 and my suit is loose compared to what I like. You would be better off ordering from their chart and just sucking it up. The suit will be tight at first but with some training you will get used to it.
Forgive me- but I’m going have to play devil’s advocate on this one. Why are you buying a hardcore? If you want it for a single-ply meet, I think that you will be a lot happier with a titan centurion. While that’s not to say that hardcores are not great suits- when they are new and well-fitted, they are good suits- but it seems from what I have seen, they are really only good for a few pops.

well i was going with titan but i had a credit with inzer were i sent something back so i went and used it up,some people dont like them,so far everything i got from inzer i love, rage bench shirt gave me90lbs on my bench and i use the z lock for my deadlifting suit gives me about 30lbs,i tried the titan 1 didnt like it realy got about the same.so im expecting big things out of this suit to
If I’m in between sizes I always go up, sometimes even if I’m not I go up a size. With squat suits if its big you can always wear your power briefs under it
im wondering how much im going to get out of the hardcore suit…i got 75 lbs out of the inzer z squat suit
75 pounds out of a Z? that’s pretty good. when I used to wear the hardcore a few years back, a new tight fitting one would give me about 100 to 120 pounds. But it did lose its pop pretty quickly.
As for Pinto’s comment about titan gear, Titan and inzer suits are completely different. I used to be a titan disciple because that’s what all the top lifters were wearing after the nxg fabric came out, but after about 3 years competing in the dual quad I realized it was actually hindering my squatting style.
Too much stopping power and not enough rebound for my style of squatting. I started squatting in a fusion late last year. And will be using that at my meet in april and at nationals in jun (assuming I qualify). I still like titan’s shirts but the harness in their suit isn’t for everybody.
