Inzer Rage X

I am 5’9" and lift at 198 or 181. My chest at 198 is 46". According to this I need a Rage X in a 48 which I order in one ply. I have always used Inzer stuff except for my shirt. I have used the F-6 for many years. Tried a katana but did not like the groove. Everyone tells me the Rage X is better and will hold up better so I bought one.

Now keep in mind I use an F-6 one size smaller than recommended with no problems touching. Generally at a meet I take a couple of singles with a 2 board and I’m good to touch with my opener. Well when I got the new shirt I tried to break it in. I could not even get that sucker to a 4 board. I worked with it for 3 weeks and gave up. I gave it to my son and he could barely use it at 181 and his chest is 43".

I would like to learn to use the shirt but don’t want to waste a bunch of money trying to get the right size. I was thinking about getting a 50 and trying it. Can anyone with this problem give me a little advice. I am no stranger to tight shirts but the Rage is ridiculous. I’m an arched bencher but not a huge arch. The F-6 which I think is similar to the X works great for me. I only get about 330-340 RAW and the with the F-6 get 400-415.

I weigh 221 and use sizes 52 & 54. Try the bigger size and it should work better for you.
