Mate, You gonna do so well on V diet, I am gonna guess this, you are gonna loose about 6kgs and get down to about 16%

Cos i did the v diet and i sort of have the same body as you

This is the exact one I have, but it’s obviously more expensive at Amazon.

Cheers for letting me know about the fat monitor, cos i am getting sick of asking my gym,

one tip for you when your doing your V-Diet,

NEPA - like a mother F****

in the morning make sure you acutally walk like 2 miles,

Basically any chance to NEPA, dont leave it,

If i had done enough i would have lost so more, but i will do it later again in about 6 months, cos i am on bulk now

Thanks for the tip dude.

I’m 83kg this morning and 19.9%, I’ll make sure to do a load of NEPA and then some!

This is my front pic for the end of the second week on the V-Diet, I’m pleased with the results thus far, but there’s some things that are becoming apparent from this pic in particular.

Blue circles obvious indication of impaired thyroid function.

Green circles show the poor insulin sensitivity, which I already knew.

Red circle, high cortisol levels, which I’m taking Glycine for and cycling every 2 weeks with Phosphatidyl Serine.

For the thyroid function, I’m going to search and see if I can find something to help me with that.

And I want to run Poliquin’s insulin products in the near future (fenuplex and insulinomics).
