Intra-workout Drink

I seem to lose my pump halfway/towards the end of my workouts. Would drinking water or something else help keep the pump? Any suggestions? I know there’s Surge, but I don’t want to go that route right now.

You can try adding electrolytes to water.
I use a half teaspoon of Celtic salt and the pumps are nuts.
You can also get some ciitrulline power or even creatine.
Are you using a pre WO?

I use a pre workout. What do you use for citrulline?

Just this to water or anything else?

The pre I use has a hefty dose of it so I don’t need additional but you can purchase citrulline powder.
Products like transparent labs, hosstile, ryse and gorilla mind all have good dosed products. What pre are you using? There is a lot of junk out there.

I will typically put it in my pre but I will occasionally use it in my intra drink. I’ve been using first detachment field rations as my intra.
I tried surge but it doesn’t sit well in my stomach.

Is Celtic just the brand? That’s what comes up for me when searching. Is it just sea salt? What about pink Himalayan salt?

I just got some from bulk supplements. 3g serving.

Celtic sea salt is just another type of salt. Don’t know why but it works better for me than pink salt.

I will typically use 9-10g pre WO.

Gotcha! So, use 3-4 servings of this?

Yessir.

Here’s my plan: citrulline in pre workout, Celtic sea salt intra. Sound efficient?

Give it a try and report back.

This Celtic salt?

That’s the same one I use.

Another avenue for good pump is cialis. Acts as a vasodilator.

There’s nothing special about a pump. Try sodium loading.

Does it matter if I do a warm up 20 minute walk? Should I wait to take the citrullite until after that when I start my lifting?

How much are you doing in your workouts? Is it possible you’re losing the pump because you’re in the gym too long?

This could be…

This would have been my question, too!
