Hi guys. The routine continues through this deloading phase this week, and back into the regular format on Monday.
Yesterday I felt like shit for some reason, had a headache all day, and can’t lift like that, so I’m doing yesterdays deload wkout today. I will be back this afternoon with the details. Then Monday will begin again, and am expecting great results now. I’ve got the box squat height adjustment figured out, and will keep it at 17" at home and at the gym for consistancy. This is just very slightly above parallel, and there is a much more significant load on the quads at this lower height, than I was experiencing with my standard flat bench at 19".
Anyway, as you might remember, the deload is basicly one set fewer than the regular workouts, and 15 reps instead of the lower range for the power movements and most others as well.
Also, I'm going back onto the Anabolic Diet for this month and am trying to lean out without losing strength and/or quality muscle. I should be fine. I have a few tricks up my sleeve for something in the next couple weeks, and will let you know about the "supplements" soon.
