If more people got over themselves, and stop with this whole troll thing, you might just learn something. I have what you are all here trying to attain. size and strength. Iā€™ve been doing this for a very long time. If you guys were smart or even had a smidgeon of brains, youā€™d pick my mind of how I train, and what I do.
