I was disappointed that @Yogi1 didn’t release his pics too, hah. That being said though, and I know that y’all are joking, at least he ain’t doing anything malicious.

You can’t prove I’m not a Viking…

Yep, in his thread he’s dilligent enough to measure and record his weight fluctuations every single day, log his diet to the nearest 5g of carbs and basically trying to get a free daily consultation from Brickhead but still wont post a pic even for them to evaluate.

At this point in time I’m just imagining an 150 lb keyboard warrior stuck in mommys basement

His latest nugget to up the troll factor is that he was involved in organised crime

Another thing, if have a second check out all the misguided waffle he’s giving to this kid whos 153 lbs soaking wet and about to start college…

He’s being told going on a ā€œPERFECTā€ diet is an absolute priority, to do a 4-5 way bro-split, no mention of progressing the big lifts and only getting specific with crap like

ā€œ12+ sets for side delts and 8+ for rear delts each weekā€

@allofyoudicks

If any of you had bothered to read my log, you’ll know that I have entered into a gentleman’s wager with Serge which will involve pics

I don’t remember promising my sexy bod to a group of sexually confused lifters on numerous threads…

I could be wrong, but I’m fairly certain I haven’t ever promised a pic until now, and am still several weeks away from my deadline.

There’s a chance I’m wrong about that. Did a LOT of ketamine in my 20s. Memory isn’t always too reliable.

Loud and clear, I was trying to give a little back but he stopped responding lol

Just read it and, to be fair to the guy, the program he wrote looks fine. He’s an MI40 fanboy(yeah I bought both programs, sue me.). What was misleading was the way he kept calling it a ā€œpure hypertrophy programā€ as if you don’t end up using heavy weights when you pyramid up to a top set. But that’s the problem when you keep saying things like you can only bench 205lbs because you’re a bodybuilder, not a powerlifter.

Anyone else think it’s funny that the guy sees himself as 100% qualified to give unimpeachable AAS advice (just ask him) despite needing to create entire separate threads of his own where he literally asks ā€œI’m 200 pounds and shredded, why am I so weak?ā€

From the looks of things, I doubt most of the people who’re receiving advice from him knows he’s that not qualified. Hell, quite a few of them actually take him seriously since he gives long ass answers with a bunch of nice sounding sprinkled crap in there.

As for people disagreeing with me starting this thread, I stand by my decision. It may seem petty but I would beg to differ. It’s necessary. Next time I see him giving out crap advice, I’ll just link said advice recipient to this thread.

When is the flame only thread coming out?

I saw that edit.

Yeah; although I don’t really agree with your starting this thread, I do understand why you did it. He’s presenting himself as an authority figure, and when pushed on that by strong/accomplished forum vets, he basically points out that beginners are super grateful for his advice, even though they are the least-equipped to know whether that advice is any good.

What we have here is the kinda-blind leading the super-blind, then thinking he’s got great vision because he can see a little better than the super-blind. Or something like that.

Yeah well I don’t want to badmouth the guy since he’s not going to defend himself so I’m just gonna say the problem with the program description is there needs to be instructions that you’re going to need to get stronger gradually, which happens naturally when you get bigger as long as you’re putting sufficent effort into it. An alternative to pyramidding would be using the 531 progression model for 1 lift per muscle group.
