Internally Rotated Femur

My right femur is internally rotated. I injured my lower back dead lifting a year ago and there’s been a chronic tightness in my right lower back/upper glute ever since. I tried fixing the issue on my own then went to a PT 4 months ago. I have done exactly what he said since but can’t afford to keep seeing him. He said my left side is in slight anterior tilt, while my right is in posterior tilt.

I’ve been hammering away at mobility stuff since but to no avail. Any input? This is driving me insane. Also before I injured my back and up to this point I have had an open wound on my ass. This is resulting from multiple surgeries and is being monitored by a doc. So I’m wondering if my glutes are inhibited?

Also my right side sits lower than my left. Very evident when comparing the height of my shoulders. Not sure if one hip sits higher or the issue is upstream
