Internal Snapping Hip

Hey guys. I was just wondering if anyone has had experience with internal snapping hip? I injured my back in November and both my hips have snapped and popped ever since. Most of my symptoms, relating to my back, have slowly gone away and I have been in the gym the past few months. However my hips have continued to snap. Chiro, PT, and Ortho all had nothing to say except “If it doesn’t hurt, don’t sweat it.”

I continue to stretch everyday, and there is no real pain (occasionally a dull ache) associated with it. I have full range of motion in both hips and can squat.
Anybody have any experience with this? Any advice to help me rid myself of this?

just out of curiosity what do you mean by snapping? Like cracking as in cracking your knuckles? Or snapping like quickly moving into a new position?
