Internal Rotation / Cable Crossover Article

I remember seeing an article with an exercise using a high cable in which you start from an abducted, externally rotated arm position and move it diagonally down across your body with internal rotation. It may have targeted subscapularis for rotator cuff rehab, and had pictures of a guy performing the exercise. Does anyone know the name/author of the article?
