Watched your video , I do those now but keep my triceps locked and it kills my elbows , I will try that version , used to heavy barbell pulloversin a similar fashion without the extension at the end , great help ![]()

“You’ve got 2 exercises for every “movement pattern” or “muscle.” You could do 1 set of exercises for every body part one day, and the 2nd group on the other day. Then alternate.”
I would do this or just pick your no 1 choice for each muscle group and do 4-5 sets.
