I kind of do the same thing with my leg days (which I do twice a week). The 1st day is Front Squats (5x5) and then I’ll do whatever I want after that (usually a unilateral exercise, light ham exercise, and calf work). The 2nd day is Deadlifts (5x5 or 6x3 or ramp to 1RM) and after that I’ll do another unilateral exercise, some calf work, and maybe some core but nothing is set in stone.
