I originally planned on doing a cycle of winstrol only, but miraculously did research and have decided to change my approach. I’m 6’1 190 hydrostatic BF 8.7%. I’ve done 4 cycles and have been training for 6 years. My plan was winstrol 50mg daily for 6 weeks with nolva for pct at 20 a day. I chose winny because I’d like lean hard gains and while in calorie deficit I don’t want to sacrifice muscle.
I’m going to be adding test to the cycle and my question is how to actually stack the two. I’ll be doing a low dose of test e - thinkin about 250mg a week. I know most people say you have to take test e for 10-12 weeks for the benefits but since I’m only stacking it to offset the shutdown of winny and help my joints is it necessary to do it for that long?
should I start with test and add the winny at the end? or start with winny and finish with test? I’d also like to know from personal experience if low doses of test e will cause the typical bloating. Thanks.

use test prop if you’re going to run a short cycle
and do it with the winstrol? or finish with the test? Finish with the winstrol? or is it a personal preference thing.
I see nothing in regards to a PCT, and personally I would have that sorted out way before starting. Also, 250mg of test a week is barely over the max for TRT. It will shutdown HPTA function anyway so why not go around 400-500mg week instead. THere will not be a significant difference in sides, but a huge difference in results.
Winny at the end. If you want a shorter cycle, look at frontloading a longer ester, or just go with prop.

I see PCT now, but I don’t think 20mg of nolva a day will suffice. You did not mention length of PCT either. If you don’t want bloat, add an AI.

Caloric deficit? So you are using this as a cutting cycle? At 8.6% bodyfat, I just have to ask why you are still cutting?
id use prop if ur only running 6 weeks but if u can only get enthanate y not just wait for it to kick in to run the win start it at week 4 of the test e. or start week 6 and run it right up to pct. and if using an ai along with the win bloat shouldnt be a problem also at 8.6bf u will hardly notice it. u say uve done 4 cycles but didnt list what. ii would assume ur familiar with ur reactions to test only by now. also u mentioned little about pct i would taper down the serm 40/40/20/20
btw why are u still cutting at 8.6 unless ur prepping for a show
Thanks for the advice. I have done a tbol only test only and tbol and test. I’ll do Nolva 40/40/20/20 too. Forgot to mention length of pct. I have amiridex on hand. I did test e only 500mg/week for 12 weeks. Gains were good but gyno wasn’t. I was thinking 250 a week just to keep the test up and combative joint pain associated with winny without the bloat and gyno sides.
I’ve always been kind of lean and my 6’2 frame doesn’t hold mass well so I would rather just be shredded than constantly battling to put on mass that doesn’t fit my body type. Maybe more so than lean out I’d like to put on lean mass without compromising bf.
Week 1-10 250mg test e. (I know people say 12 weeks min but that’s 12 total with 14 day half life)
Week 4-10 50mg winny
Week 1-14 .25 amiridex eod
Week 10-14 40/40/20/20 nolva

Ps can I get away with 1 shot a week? I know every 3.5 days is recommended (which is what I did for my test only) but with a long half life and a low dose how much will the blood level fluctuation effect me?
