Think I am for squat/dead… lemme know if you find some sessi programmes for bench. [/quote]
Sure thing. I just hate scheduling things in general, and I’m just flat out bored with 5/3/1.

Smolov Jr. for bench is pretty awesome.

You should do this prilepins table type training stuff !
Frequent main lifts in different forms with different RM % etc etc…

Everyday is so fun.

Have you thought about giving Ed Coan style training a whirl?

Yes

There’s way too many good sounding programmes for my level of indecision. Sure you’ll pick wisely though.

That is dependent on whether or not I even choose to run a program in the first place

Yeah, but this is you, your on blackaggers level when it comes to it being irrelevant whether you follow a programme or do your own thing. I, however, can “bodybuild” reasonably well without any set programme, but my strength will forever remain mediocre without speccing for each powerlift.

No … it isn’t. It’s weak as hell. Need to fix before I hurt someone from frustration … Going to start wearing for a belt for OH stuff now to see what it does for me.

It helps me

Yeddir

Beltless squats today to get my groove back followed by a lot of CG bench and upper back work.

1st: Have you read the fan based comic for DBZ (the tournament one)?
2nd: Awesome PRs on everything
3rd: For program choices have you ever looked into the bulgarian method? There was an article that caused a shit storm on here from John Broz (im sure youve read it). If not, maybe have a look at it. bb.com to get the general gist of the program. Starting monday im about to embark on it. Seeing a 141lb dude squat 407lbs has inspired me.
4th: Hows recovery from the groin injury going?

  1. No, I’ll check it out
  2. Thanks
  3. I remember it. I’ve never considered the Bulgarian method, but I might give a go at some point. Good luck.
  4. Fully recovered as of over three weeks ago.

Pulling from the floor either tomorrow or Monday. Pretty excited.
