I didn’t squat today. Saving some filler paused squats for tomorrow before I deadlift.
Still need to improve upon tightness in my setup.
Still need to do more upper back work. I’m thinking about ordering some bands mostly minis & monster minis.
I like the Meadow rows. I just need to make sure to get a good position on them.
