Military press done standing or seated?
No worries big man, everyone has a workout or two that doesn’t go according to plan.
I always look at those workouts as easy ways to hit a PR next time.

Usually standing. Nice to have you along.

yey, default prs!
Didn’t finish today’s session as planned. Here’s what I got.
Activation
Box Jump
one lol … already felt prepared and over-jumped the box height
Squat
45x5
135x2
225x2
275x1
340x1
390x1
435x1
all of the above were easy as planned
added belt
475x1 setup sucked dick ugh
505x1 setup really deepthroated this time around herp derp
535x2 PR winning … had like 3-4 more left in the tank but hips were tired so I didn’t fuck with it
The unracking portion was much easier this time around. Don’t rush your setup!
Paused Squat
2 count pause
415x3 nope
Deadlift/CG TB (changing the name from floater bench to turtle bench)
was really short on time so had to resort to alternating the two lifts
double overhand for all sets/paused the last rep for all sets
240x1/45x10
345x1/135x10
435x1/185x10
515x0/245x5 too rushed; not sweating it though
Notes:
Really solid squatting man, impressive

It’s nice to know that I can perform when it really matters.

Thanks Spock. Always exciting to have more wimmenz viewing my log.
Realized something about both strict and push press. A component of the lift that I’ve been neglecting. It’ll be a while before I can test this for confirmation. Won’t share until then.

Didn’t lift today due to intrinsic knee soreness. Still doing small stuff like pushups and jumps that can be done in my room.
