True. I could’ve got the 620 if my technique was better and I took the time to warm up but oh well. I was almost stiff-legging it.

Add fat gripz or wrap a towel around the dumbells or find a smith machine load up some plates and do one arm bent over rows on it, your lats will not thank you for the suffering but the amount of women who orgasm just by looking at your newfound upper back thickness will be nice.
