Okay, my body might actually be functional enough for me to lift today.

Sorry, but LMAO.

What’s wrong man? You usually seem pretty even-keel.

Yesterday just pissed me off. Injuries, low numbers, achy joints, and muscles that didn’t want to work. I think what happened was that the rack pulls from Wednesday pulled my left scapulae a little out of place putting a lot stress on my subscapularis and generating a lot of tightness in my left lat that I have been dealing with sense with Thursday morning. I did the culprit lift again today to investigate and it somehow realigned me and fixed that issue, but the damage was still done.

I worked up to a very awkward and uncomfortable 205 on strict press leaving me with achy wrists. Attempted 220 … no dice. Tried BTN presses from the shoulders with 135 … pain. Tried CG bench … was flattened out, couldn’t get tight, and shoulders were aching (made 295 feel heavy). I tried Z presses and those actually went halfway decent (worked up to 175x4). Rack pulls were a disappointment as I couldn’t budge 535 this time. Didn’t even feel the pullups I did at the end.

Will do, man

I also barely ate over the whole weekend because places were closed, and I still have no money, which irritated me even more.

sounds like it’s time to eat more somehow, and work around injuries.

you’ll get through it young buck
