I really liked the leg extensions. I keeping 'em. Worst case scenario: my legs get bigger. Best case scenario: they actually help my squat.

LOL it took a while (WAY over an hour). We were socializing throughout so it wasn’t all iron. I’ll likely be doing a meet in March to prove myself a powerlifter.
Chest is a little sore. Deadlifts tomorrow probably.
