Jesus…so you hit at least a 65lb pr on pin presses in one session…?

It was 80lbs but yes a pretty big PR
I know my frequency has been a little on the low side, but that’s because I have other things going on in my life right now. You can rest assured I’m still killing it and looking to dominate my goals for the year. Getting bigger and stronger: that’s what it’s all about.

My point was that…I guess I’ve just never heard of someone hitting an eighty pound PR from one session to the next.

I can get stronger with minimal training, but it’s not the best route in the long run.

Gotta get there early or people will use the curl rack to squat. I hate that shit.

what does a typical day of eating look like for you?

terrible lol … my eating habits are probably more inconsistent than yours … for example I haven’t eaten yet today LOLZ
Sometimes I can put away quite a bit of food, but other times I don’t eat as much as I should according to most. Strangely the gains keep coming, so I’m not concerned. I’ve been gaining off of <1g/lb of bw for most weeks, but I usually have a day or two out of the week where I’d eat a lot. What I eat is what’s available: milk, cereal, beef jerky, ramen, pasta, Chick-fil-A, Einstein Bros, power smoothies, chinese food, Subway, food hall buffet.
Today wasn’t bad
Squat
135x5
225x3
added belt and knee sleeves
315x3
365x1
425x1
465x1 walkout was tipsy as hell but the squat was easy
505x2 depth PR these were deep and not that hard; I probably could’ve hit a solid 5; the walkout was smoother as well
At this point, I met a guy who’s part of the powerlifting team at my school. He was a pretty cool guy. We talked shop for the remainder of the session and exchanged contact info. Pretty cool guy. He’s going to put me in contact with the guy in charge who’s basically a 6’5 bear that squats 617x2 beltless, pulls around 750, and pauses 475. Should be fun.
Leg press
like 8 or 9pps I didn’t really check
just one set of 15
Dead stop SLDLs
beltless; double overhand no chalk
350x1
415x1
475x0 got to the knee and that was it; grip held strong though and strangely I felt my lats more than erectors on that one
Speed deads
all double overhand no chalk
155x3
240x3
280x3
305x1
345x1
all of these were fast
Deads
440x1 this was also fast
510x1 used chalk
added belt
560x0 just wasn’t there
Pullups
2 sets and then a set of CG underhand chins
Chest-supported tbar rows
2platesx8
3platesx8
4platesx8 PR?
Leg extensions
slapped on some weight and did a few reps
then I added weight and I couldn’t how much it was from my seat but it was just shy of the whole stack
went 8,11 neither to failure … I could probably 20+ with the whole stack
Session looks awesome. Great squatting.

Thanks. It was pretty enjoyable.
I think I going to start giving higher rep deads a try again (like 5-8 reps). It worked before, so what the hell.
