Just checked out your last workout… solid stuff there. I’m sure the skwatz will be back up in no time. Taking a layoff does A LOT. I’m getting back into them now myself, so I feelz yo pain. Still a sick workout. That SLDL PR is just retarded. Keep it up man.
I’m in on the race to a 405 bench btw. You’re kicking my ass right now since I just got back into flat bench last week and haven’t gone over 315 yet lol. I’ll try to put up somewhat competitive numbers though.

Yeah quads and hams are sore today. I also helped a friend move his stuff last night, so that probably reduced the imminent soreness. Squats will be a lot stronger next time … I can feel it. The SLDLs felt so awesome lol … actually better than deads.
