The last two should work
So I actually checked my jump stance and I saw that it is quite narrower than the stance I’ve been using lately for deads. The next time I do regular deads I’ll try it out.
Who’s still in the race to a 405 bench?
LIKE A BOSS. Nice work buddy, I’ll get in on the race when i make it to 315 LOL but by then youll be 405 plus ![]()

What’s your all time bench PR?

I benched my PR of 365 about a month ago. I was going for 385 like two or so weeks ago but I made a pretty big error in my setup when working up to it (almost hurt myself) and had to abort, but I could definitely hit 385 right now as my indicators are up accordingly.

thanx pal
I’m doing two sessions today. Already completed one.
Session I
Squat
Oly style warmup
45x10,10
135x10
185x10
205x10
normal stance
225x3
295x3
335x3
365x3 paused PR
all beltless
These were stupid hard … bleh; shitty squats; sub 400 for squats is shitty beltless or not. This was only a PR because I haven’t done these in so long. Need to get on it.
Unilateral leg press
3ppsx8,8,8
really tested my knee/ankle stability
Dead stop SLDLs
beltless; double overhand w/ no chalk
240x3
325x3
390x3 PR
430x1 PR gripped and ripped ez money
All sets were awesome. I’ll be keeping these as DL assistance.
It’s too damn hot done here (Statesboro) for January. I probably sweated out most of my strength.

I definitely want to fit more weight on the bar. Alas they were made for mere mortals. I also want an axle … and stones … and be able to do reverse band deadlifts. I’ll just have to wait.[/quote]
oh shoot that’s my phrase! "mere mortals’ love it.
Hmn… check craigslist for 100LB plates? Maybe some big ol knucklehead is dumping his stuff… and of course you know to use duct tape to hold them on the bar right?
Its the official “beast status” move.

Showing up for physics lab, only to realize that there is no lab is way more fun.
