really CG bench
I’ve been jumping back and forth between bars for a month and wound up choosing a grip that was too close … I stuck with it

205x2 fuck it! Tris were done and energy was low
I’ll finish next week. There won’t be any heavy squatting until next week.
I’ll take two weeks out for shoulder/trap specialization. BTN presses, dips, seated side raises, side raise partials, reverse flies, power shrugs, a shrug ladder, pullups and face pulls. Back to back days switching the order of exercises. I’d still be squatting those weeks.

Sorry about the quality and all the failz (that was srsly my bad). The vid was enlarged by like 500% so the quality not so great. Essentially the pins should be set to where the bar sits in a space that’s below your nipple line and above your diaphragm resulting the ROM of a half squat … essentially.
I definitely want to fit more weight on the bar. Alas they were made for mere mortals. I also want an axle … and stones … and be able to do reverse band deadlifts. I’ll just have to wait.

Nice video dude. I’ll let you know where mine is set up but the video will definitely help me work out the bar way to do em.
