I’m confused, so anderson squats are eccentrics onto pins? I thought they were just partial squats from pins?

I thought they were dead stop box squats from pins set at normal depth.

LOL it’s just a partial squat from pins. When I say I held it I meant that I broke it from the pins and stood with it and then set it back on the pins. Didn’t mean to cause such confusion.

Thankee mista. I’m not looking for any crazy step by step deal or anything for the record. It would just be cool to see what kind of form you’re using because I saw a lot of variation when I looked them up on youtube.

I’ve decided that I’m going to start working my arms much more seriously from this point. I’m also going start doing some lever work in my free time for improving wrist and grip strength.

Me too. Iv negelcted my biceps and trained my tris more for my bench. this has lead to some pretty disproportionate arms which i NEED to fix. So im joining the curl squad hard!
Plus my grip let me down the yesterday when i was DL’ing for reps…

I’ve barely been working my arms at all.
well, i can’t really say it LOOKS like you haven’t. you got some pretty decent size. 17 inches maybe??
for me it began when i got the ‘‘functional’’ thing up my ass and stopped doing many exercises. But when that passed, it became being too gassed after the other stuff to do anything else. So i would curl but wouldn’t really be feeling it.
I have a deload week coming up which should be perfect for arm work so il take it from there…
